Established by the White House in 1988, the Hispanic Heritage Foundation—a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization—continues to advance its mission through award winning programs that adapt to the needs, aspirations, and vision of our community while delivering a strong value proposition for the country.

About Us

Our Core Programs

HHF’s mission and programs have been recognized by The White House, US Congress, Fortune 500 Companies, US Army, other nonprofits, and even the Government of Mexico, in five areas of focus: education, workforce development, societal impact, and leadership, with culture serving as the cornerstone of its mission.

Our CSL (Code as a Second Language) program, featuring AI and cybersecurity curriculum, is empowering students across the United States and Latin America with high-quality digital literacy and learning resources.
The Hispanic Heritage Awards serve as a launch of HHF’s year-round mission, which focuses on education, workforce, societal impact, and leadership.
LOFT (Leaders on Fast Track) is a leadership and workforce development program shaping innovators across industries, fostering leadership pathways to drive America’s progress through curated talent and career growth
